Taylor King warrants that if a manufacturing defect occurs with our product, Taylor King will either repair or replace the defect or provide an allowance for the repair that includes frames, seat cushions, and spring-up construction. If a reclining mechanism fails to perform within the first year of the invoice date, Taylor King will replace at no charge, incur UPS charges and pay an installation charge not to exceed $100. A mechanism may be replaced at the factory only if the recliner can be returned by an approved LTL carrier that carries a free-astray agreement with Taylor King. Second through fourth year will be replaced at no charge, however, all other charges will apply. This warranty covers the original retail purchaser. The warranty does not apply to damage resulting from accident, alteration or misuse. Taylor King does not warrant the wear-ability or durability of fabrics, leather or customer's own material.
Additional Warranty Limitations
Taylor King will replace or repair, at our option, any or all parts of the warranted product found to be defective within the terms of the warranty. In order for these repairs to be made without charge for materials, labor or transportation between an authorized Taylor King dealer and our factory, you must send notice of the defect within one year from the date of retail delivery of your furniture. After one year, Taylor King will not be liable for transportation and handling between the factory and the authorized dealer.
