All of us at Taylor King appreciate your business.  We continue to experience delays in manufacturing due to the challenges created by Covid-19.  At the moment, our average lead time is 18 weeks from date of order.  We are currently shipping within one to two weeks of our published date on our website. If you do not see a published date, please email or call customer service for an update.

Warranty

Taylor King warrants that if a manufacturing defect occurs with our product, Taylor King will either repair or replace the defect or provide an allowance for the repair that includes frames, seat cushions, and spring-up construction. If a reclining mechanism fails to perform within the first year of the invoice date, Taylor King will replace at no charge, incur UPS charges and pay an installation charge not to exceed $75. A mechanism may be replaced at the factory only if the recliner can be returned by an approved LTL carrier that carries a free-astray agreement with Taylor King. Second through fourth year will be replaced at no charge, but UPS charges will apply. This warranty covers the original retail purchaser. The warranty does not apply to damage resulting from accident, alteration or misuse. Taylor King does not warrant the wear-ability or durability of fabrics, leather or customers own material.
