Catalina Down

A super-soft convoluted polyurethane foam is layered on the top and bottom of a high-resiliency polyurethane core.  This “egg crate” shaped foam provides a luxurious and durable “crown” to the cushion.  A 2 oz. Dacron fiber is applied to the front edge of the core for added luxury.  A down-proof jacket encases a generous amount of blend down.  This is a supportive cushion with a bit more softness, crown and luxury to the surface. This cushion meets California TB#117-2013 and is poured environmentally safe.
